Kim Juneja is a long-time resident of Bowen Island and a dedicated Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) who completed her 5-year training at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Vancouver.

Kim has a special interest in mental-emotional health and has two years of additional clinical training under the guidance of renowned TCM scholar Lonny Jarrett. She also has additional courses in balance acupuncture, gynecology, fertility, ADHD, insomnia and gender affirming care.

Her practice areas of special interest:

Mental Health/Nervous System Regulation: conditions such as anxiety, depression, panic disorders, PTSD, and insomnia.

Gynecology and OB GYN: assisting with preparation for pregnancy (cervical ripening), and support for fertility (IVF) and various pain conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, and urinary conditions, (hormone issues).

Digestive Health: GI issues, Crohn’s Disease, chronic bloating, IBS.

Kim is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all her patients. She is trauma-informed and employs a heart-centered approach to ensure her patients feel heard and supported.

As part of her holistic approach, she offers acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and herbal medicine.
